What you can and cannot do on WorkSwarm. This policy supplements the Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs acceptable use of WorkSwarm services. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using the WorkSwarm platform and services (the "Service") operated by Vriksha AI Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Workswarm", "we", "us"). This AUP supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

2. General Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including but not limited to laws regarding the export of data or software, privacy, and anti-spam legislation.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, or that infringes or misappropriates any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

3. AI and Agent Usage

WorkSwarm provides AI agent orchestration capabilities. When using AI agents you agree not to:

  • Use agents to generate spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent content.
  • Use agents to automate interactions in a way that violates applicable laws or the terms of any third-party service the agent interacts with.
  • Attempt to train, extract, or reverse-engineer the models, prompts, or system architecture underlying the agents.
  • Use agents to process, transmit, or store data categories that exceed the scope of your subscription tier (for example, processing HIPAA-covered health data on a tier that does not include the HIPAA compliance pack).
  • Bypass blast-radius gates, cost controls, or approval workflows programmatically.

4. Security

You agree not to:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security or authentication measures.
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, Workswarm's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Workswarm's providers.
  • Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting.
  • Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software used to provide the Service.
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access the Service except through our published APIs and SDKs.

5. Data and Content

  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service, including any data processed by agents acting on your behalf.
  • You must not upload content that contains viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive code.
  • You must comply with all applicable data protection laws when uploading personal data of third parties.
  • You must have all necessary consents and legal bases for any personal data processed through WorkSwarm's agent and integration framework.

6. Rate Limits and Fair Use

  • You must not exceed any rate limits, API quotas, or usage caps specified in your subscription plan.
  • You must not use the Service in a way that consumes a disproportionate share of infrastructure resources, as reasonably determined by Workswarm.
  • Automated or scripted access must comply with the rate limits published in the API documentation.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to abuse@workswarm.ai. Workswarm will investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Enforcement

Workswarm may investigate violations of this AUP and take any action it deems appropriate, including:

  • Issuing a warning.
  • Suspending or terminating the violating account.
  • Removing or disabling access to content that violates this AUP.
  • Reporting the violation to law enforcement authorities.

Workswarm reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Material changes will be notified via the email address associated with your account or through an in-product notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
