About This Document

This register lists every third-party sub-processor that may access, process, or store customer data as part of WorkSwarm's service delivery. It is maintained per our contractual commitment under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), GDPR Article 28, and the DPDP Act. Changes: Customers receive 30-day advance email notice before any new sub-processor goes live. Customers may object per the DPA objection procedure; unresolved objections allow penalty-free termination.

6. Objection Procedure

If you wish to object to a new sub-processor: 1. Email trust@workswarm.ai within 30 days of the change notice. 2. State the specific sub-processor and your objection grounds. 3. WorkSwarm will engage in good-faith discussion to address concerns (e.g., additional contractual protections, data flow restrictions). 4. If the objection cannot be resolved within the 30-day notice period, you may terminate the affected services without penalty per the DPA.
